Job description

Your challenge  

 

You will be placed in our Casablanca office, within the Department of Brokerage in the Commercial team, where you will be responsible for Account Management.

You will be primarily responsible for the following activities: 

Drive portfolio growth and ensure exceptional client services within Allianz Trade.

The successful candidate will manage policy renewals, balance customer needs with business objectives, and identify cross- and up-selling opportunities. The role involves reporting on policy performance, ensuring compliance with service standards, and coordinating with core functions to deliver a comprehensive, customer-centric service.

 

Key Responsibilities/What You Do

 

  • Manage and monitor the insured portfolio, conducting regular contract analyses, especially prior to renewal, and performing monthly profitability assessments to identify risks or deviations.
  • Coordinate insured requests, collaborate with Policy Management for contractual deadlines, and align practices with underwriting rules.
  • Prepare commercial reports and analyses using data from various departments, and determine pricing based on information from the account manager.
  • Reach targets of portfolio growth and quality As Program Manager
  • Secure Renewal by delivering the correct balance of customer need with Allianz Trade business targets and metrics, identify cross- and up-selling opportunities, ensure proper pricing and propose consistent terms and conditions during renewal, according to CUW authority rules and guidelines
  • Responsible for implementing and issuing the policy at local level
  • Train and assist local client during the policy life cycle, render service for the local customer or broker
  • Report on performance of managed policies, in terms of risk acceptance and LR, and raising of mid- term amendment requests
  • Comply with account management standards, in terms of customers segmentation visit, VOC tracking
  • Acquire new customers based on leads given by partner / intermediaries and handle the full acquisition process (from data collection to contract signature)
  • Provide feedback on the leads generated and make sure the steering tools are up-to-date (Copernicus…)
  • Ensure proper pricing aligned with the Commercial Strategy
  • Handle the onboarding process with PH to train him
  • Take part of all internal process, such as NFRM, Complaint management, Audit, Internal control, compliance…
  • Keep each and every evidence of all the documentation stored appropriately in the Commercial Direction file
  • Interact and coordinate closely with other core functions (i.e., Risk, Claims, PA) in order to propose a broad customer centric service
