About the Job  

As a Working Student/Intern in Global Talent Acquisition, you will be part of a dynamic team focused on enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of strategic Talent Acquisition. You will have the opportunity to work on various projects that aim to improve candidate experience, meet HR Governance standards, and increase overall performance of Talent Acquisition activities.  

 

What you do 

  • Support the implementation of Talent Acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent
  • Assist in HR Governance initiatives to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights that drive Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives
  • Engage in HR Governance activities to enhance policy adherence and streamline processes
  • Provide administrative support to the strategic talent acquisition team as needed, ensuring smooth operations
  • Participate in strategic meetings, offering ideas and suggestions to improve talent acquisition processes

 

What you bring

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with SuccessFactors or other ATS is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and spoken English, German is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use
  • You can start immediately and are interested in a full-time internship (38 h/week) or a working student position (16-20 h/week) for a period of at least 6 months.
