We are looking for a Working Student in Global People Development & Belonging, based in Munich.

You’ll help design and deliver development programs, support projects that drive belonging, and work in an international team spread across Singapore, New York, Munich, and more. As a Working Student in People Development & Belonging, your work will help shape how our colleagues grow and thrive. From supporting training programs to preparing communications and insights, you’ll have a direct impact on creating a culture of continuous learning and inclusion at Allianz Commercial. This is your opportunity to combine creativity, organization, and problem-solving skills while building a strong foundation for your career in HR.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Supporting our development programs and/or dual study program (e.g. participant communication, vendor coordination, requests)
Helping to prepare onsite & virtual meetings
Consolidating reporting, extracting insights, and creating analysis
Preparing engaging communications to promote learning and development opportunities
Supporting talent discussions with documentation and data
Managing the People Development & Belonging communication channels
Handling ad-hoc data and reporting requests
Assisting HR colleagues with general administrative tasks (e.g. maintaining records, drafting documents, scheduling, and handling requests).
What You’ll Bring to the Role
You’re currently a student (e.g. HR, Learning, Business, Data Analytics, or similar field)
A genuine interest in People Development & Belonging topics and the bigger HR picture
Strong attention to detail and a drive for quality
Great organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple tasks
Creativity and basic design flair to make content engaging
Comfortable working with MS Office (especially PowerPoint & Excel)
Fluent in English; German is a plus.
A basic understanding of artificial intelligence (AI) and its potential applications in business is essential.
Further Information
Duration: at least 6 months (longer is welcome)
Working hours: 20h/week
You must be enrolled at a university/college during the whole period of employment.
