Job description

The Role:

 

The role is to contribute to the roll out of the new  customer service model  by providing support on strategic projects : implementation and developments of IT solutions, deployment and harmonization of customer service processes. Reports to the group customer service manage

 

Responsabilities:

 

  • Data analysis : provide accurate customer data extractions relative to all the Business Units (usage of IT tools and Excel)
  • KPIs analysis : suppport on the analyse of new indicators as a target
  • Participate to the digital tools evolution and incidents management
  • International business units interactions : be in contact with the countries regarding to the group customer service projects 
  • New omnichannel platform : improve the usage by customer service teams
  • Support to project management tasks including users guides elaboration

 

Profile:

 

  • Sense of customer service and business
  • Good communication skills
  • Multicultural relationship skills
  • Analytic skills, at ease with data (usage of Excel)
  • Office package with good command of power point
  • Comfortable with IT platforms, BI and collaborative tools
  • English spoke
