About the Job
As a Principal Business Analyst at Allianz Technology, you will play a pivotal role in driving business transformation and innovation. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, analyze processes, and identify opportunities for improvement. Your expertise will be crucial in developing strategic solutions that align with Allianz's objectives and enhance operational efficiency. What you do
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into actionable insights.
- Lead the development and implementation of strategic business solutions that drive transformation and innovation.
- Conduct detailed process analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Develop and present business cases to support decision-making and investment in new initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to engage stakeholders and ensure alignment on project goals.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure Allianz remains at the forefront of business innovation.
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a track record of leading successful business transformation projects.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with business process modeling and analysis tools.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead cross-functional teams.
- Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use.
