Travel IT Delivery UAT, RUN Manager

Key responsibilities

The Travel IT Delivery UAT, RUN Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating user acceptance tests, run support across all impacted Business Units as well as supporting communication to enable BU. 
 
This role will be part of a team which structures and orchestrates run and user acceptance test process to  support the successful deployment of application changes across together with training delivery to all Business Units (BUs). 

As a Travel IT Delivery UAT, RUN Manager, you are in charge of the following responsibilities:

1. Manage the overall RUN process and organization for the defined line of business & support the onboarding of BUs onto the overall Global platform RUN organization and structure.
2. Ensure proper monitoring, reporting and communication of the UAT and RUN situation
3. Support and organize the Line of Business Delivery Support strategy. This includes implementing the overall test processes around all businesses and initiatives within the Line of Business
4. Orchestrate the user acceptance tests for defined line of business:
   - Define Testing approach cross Travel IT Platform and Cross Country and ensure proper governance & reporting  
   - Define and shape the Business Test Factory for global UAT
   - Monitor and coordinate the global platform test preparation and execution cross systems and business units 
   - Define and harmonize test tools, templates and methodolog
5. Coordinate Test plans across systems and phases:
   - Define, plan and organize trainings of testers
   - Define quality gates and ensure quality gates completion
   - Define, plan and organize Automated Non-regression testing

What you bring 

• Multi-Year experience in collaboration with IT or working within IT department.

• Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) /Data Strategy: ability to contribute to or define strategic approaches that leverage AI and data-driven technologies to improve UAT and RUN processes, including intelligent tooling and process optimization.
  
• Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI): understanding of how AI can be applied in test automation, system monitoring, and intelligent UAT reporting to enhance software delivery and operational performance.

• Multi-Year experience in IT stakeholder or vendor management role.

• Agile Scrum experience.

• Demonstratable experience in the delivery of transformation programs.

• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
