Position Summary:

Join our team as an RPA and AI Developer, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic and operational development of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) for the Finance Factory. Collaborating closely with your team leader and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), you'll contribute to our Automation Strategy, aimed at enhancing efficiency and reducing time and effort across the Finance Factory. This position offers the chance to oversee a variety of financial tasks while ensuring alignment with Finance Factory goals and timely ROI achievement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and document RPA and AI processes thoroughly.
• Define rules for scheduling and monitoring RPA and AI activities.
• Manage the development and maintenance of attended and unattended bots.
• Collaborate with SMEs and internal stakeholders to ensure successful RPA and AI development and ROI achievement.
• Handle RPA and AI incident management until resolution.
• Maintain inventory of infrastructure required for RPA and AI development and maintenance.
• Translate SME requirements into RPA solutions using UiPath and AI solutions in on-premises and/or cloud environments.
• Debug and modify RPA and AI codes as needed.
• Engage regularly with SMEs and internal stakeholders for process and bot code improvements

• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
• Mandatory development experience in UiPath with .Net and Java frameworks.
• Certification in UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation is highly recommended.
• 2-3 years of proven experience with UiPath, GitHub, Azure, or similar software, with a strong service delivery background.
• Expert knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming Concepts.
• Familiarity with Process Definition Documents and RPA/AI flow.
• Proven application development experience, especially with C#.Net, ASP.Net, ADO.Net, XML, Web Services, WCF, WPF, MVC, SQL Server, Java, and J-Query

Qualifications

• BE/Software Developer/BA/B.Com degree.
