As a Transformation Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in leading X-ray diagnostics to identify and unlock the full potential within our business. You will be responsible for identifying, designing, and implementing (tech) solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness, all while collaborating with cross-functional teams and engaging with multiple stakeholders. You will be instrumental in making our organization future-ready and driving our change agenda. This role offers a unique opportunity to understand the business end-to-end, uncover efficiency opportunities, and further mobilize the organization.
[Your Key Responsibilities]
• Spot and unlock efficiency potential: Analyze business processes, systems, and workflows to identify improvement opportunities and quantify their impact. Use tools such as process mining and other diagnostics to pinpoint pain points and design the 'to-be' situation with (tech-enabled) solutions that streamline operations.
• De-bottleneck issues: Identify roadblocks, define actions to remove them, and steer course corrections (e.g., via workshop facilitation). Challenge the status quo and push for better results.
• Lead process mining enablement: Oversee the implementation, governance, training, support, and monitoring of process mining across the organization. Leverage data-driven analysis to help teams gain actionable insights, improve performance, and drive continuous optimization.
• Stakeholder engagement: Conduct interviews with operational and senior stakeholders to gather insights and mobilize support for transformation projects. Act as a trusted problem-solving partner to identify high-impact initiatives.
• Ensure program visibility and alignment: Support senior leadership with clear transformation updates and internal communications. Collaborate with local Board of Management members and other key stakeholders to review progress, prioritize initiatives, and ensure strategic alignment.
• Program delivery oversight: Define program priorities, guide governance activities, and ensure financial tracking. Monitor KPIs and business cases to assess impact across process mining and other transformation efforts ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals.
• Stay future-ready: Keep up with industry trends and emerging methodologies to enhance processes and propose innovative solutions that contribute to long-term business success.
• Support change initiatives: Provide general support to our Future Ready (change) programs and projects
• Effectively incorporate generative AI tool (e.g. ChatGPT) into daily work processes to enhance productivity and efficiency
[Is this you?]
You have a proven track record of leading large-scale transformation programs and can confidently engage senior leaders and cross-functional teams. Experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
You’re skilled in project management, data visualization, modeling, and dashboard tools — and familiar with methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, and process mining.
Fluent in both Chinese and English, you bring excellent communication and collaboration skills and are highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office tools.
With a sharp eye for detail and a proactive, curious mindset, you're constantly seeking better ways of working and know how to navigate across all levels of the organization.
