Job Summary
Support department on training administration, system and digital tools related functions
Key Responsibilities
· Involved in the enhancement, technical support on system and digital tools, including promotion and provide training for agency members to drive adoption rate
· Communicate and notify agency and agency development team on training compliances monitoring and compile non-compliance listing on monthly basis.
· Issue termination notice to agents who did not fulfill training compliance requirement.
· Prepare training report for HOD
· Answering agency members enquiry in relation to training matter
· Support and participate in company, division and department events and project.
Key Requirements
· Bachelors Degree in any field
· Able to write and speak well in English and Bahasa Malaysia
· Good interpersonal skill
· Service oriented
· Team player
· Willingness to learn and progress
· IT savvy and computer literate
· Familiarity with using ChatGPT for automating routine tasks and enhancing productivity
· Detail oriented
