Are you passionate about problem-solving, diagnostics, and technical innovation? As a Technical Specialist at Allianz Partners UK, you’ll be at the centre of transforming customer experiences through expert support, fault analysis, and repair coordination.
From providing real-time roadside diagnostics over the phone to analysing fault trends and collaborating with technical stakeholders, you’ll be the engine behind smarter, faster, and more effective repair outcomes. You’ll also help improve product quality by identifying emerging issues and creating technical resources that support operational excellence.

Work Hours
· 40 hours per week
· Monday to Friday (covering core RSA hours)
· Flexibility required based on business needs
· Office based
Key Responsibilities
Technical Support & Diagnostics
Deliver remote diagnostics and repair advice to support roadside assistance, identifying recurring faults and driving repair success across the network.
Data & Insight
Analyse fault trends and repair data to optimise resource deployment. Create technical bulletins and maintain a robust internal knowledge base.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams, support warranty processes, and contribute to training and technical knowledge sharing.
Operational Support
Advise on tools and training, refine internal processes, and assist with job allocation to enhance overall operational performance.
About You
We're looking for a technically skilled, analytical thinker with a hands-on approach and a passion for solving problems. You’ll be confident communicating complex information and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Essential:
· Educated to GCSE A–C level (or equivalent).
· City & Guilds Technician Certificate Parts I, II, and III or IMI equivalent in Automotive Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
· Completed an apprenticeship with Motor Trade experience — ideally within a manufacturer or franchised retailer.
· Experience with BMW or similar premium manufacturer.
· Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
· Confident presentation and communication skills.
· Experience with ISID and RITA diagnostic platforms.
Desirable:
· Educated to A-Level standard (or equivalent).
· Certified BMW Technician.
· Experience with ConnectedDrive or similar digital automotive platforms.
· Level 3 Award in Hybrid Electric Vehicle Repair and Replacement.
