What do we expect you to bring?
- Graduated from undergraduate programs of universities.
- Possesses 2 years of experience in the Bancassurance field.
- Has a good level of English proficiency.
- Successful in conducting effective analysis and creating presentations to support decision-making processes.
- Proficient in using MS Office programs.
- Strong communication skill
How can you make an impact?
- Follow up on necessary system developments for programs included in the Bancassurance strategic roadmap and transformation agenda.
- Review project analysis documents and ensure necessary feedback is provided to relevant units.
- Ensure the follow-up and coordination of software development test processes.
- Evaluate Bancassurance business processes with bank channel management, Bancassurance business development, and other units to identify areas for system improvement and development, and act as a bridge between developers and users.
- Provide problem-solving support with IT teams for projects you are responsible for.
- Coordinate and track the resolution process for IT-related errors affecting the Bancassurance channel in reconciliation, collection, renewal, production, etc., processes of banks and financial institutions, ensuring relevant departments take action.
