Responsible for insurance policy, including issues and distributions to the customers, to ensure accuracy and on time delivery.

Your Day at Allianz Ayudhya

• Support Quote for Non-Motor standard based on authorization within SLA
• Issue insurance policy and Endorsement including calculation premium.
• Follow up pending and close case within SLA
• Verify and distribute policy to clients or partners to ensure completeness of information and on time delivery
• Coordinate within the team and related departments to get work done smoothly and effectively
• Acquire and improve own knowledge and skills from both internal and external sources to ensure your own work’s quality and continuous improvement

Must Have

• Degree in any related fields
• Minimum 3 years of experience in underwriting in Non-Motor Insurance
• Experience in general insurance (marine) knowledge
• Risk management and assessment skills

Nice to Have

• Details and results oriented
• Good communication in English
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and insurance system
• Any AI-future skills e.g., ChatGPT, or CoPilot365, will be advantage
