Job role

Service Desk Specialist with solid French and understanding of Procure to Pay area needed. The role involves handling service desk activities, troubleshooting, and resolving end-user and supplier P2P inquiries related to Accounts Payable area. Key responsibilities include offering first-line support, collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex operational procurement and accounts payable issues, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to process improvements. 

 

What you will do

  • 1st level support – key interface for the vendor to receive information on status of invoice, payment & payment details through ticketing system and hotline
  • Supporting End users with AIPIP and S4 topics
  • Handling of payment reminders
  • Initiate vendor creation process
  • Identify and drive process optimization
  • Manage and solve escalation topics
  • Managing Travel and expenses requests and queries
  • Supporting Suppliers on invoicing topics
  • Work in AIPIP, SAP-MM, SAP S4 Hana, Notilus
  • Control, create and update the relevant SOPs and keep them up to date
  • Liaise with other Operational Entities, units, departments as well as with externals (clients, providers) and fosters good relationships 

 

What you bring

  • University Degree
  • 0-3 years of relevant experience within accounts payable activity
  • Fluent English and French for customer and external communication
  • Accurate and reliable way of working
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer and service oriented
  • SAP-FI/AP SAP S4/Hana knowledge
  • International cross functional work experience
  • Solution orientated, decision maker, self-driven working
