What will you do at Allianz?
As a Senior IT Financial Controller, you will be responsible for enabling strong governance and financial transparency in IT investments. Your main functions will include:
Enablers & Governance:
- Define models and processes for IT financial management.
- Establish cost structures for Business and Tech projects aligned with #4all and IT taxonomy requirements.
- Create financial analyses, reports, and dashboards.
IT Benefits:
- Report quarterly IT benefits and track benefit realization.
- Calculate business cases for IT projects in close alignment with the OE CFO function.
IT Spend & ITR:
- Monitor and report all local IT costs, including CH spend for Business (H9) and Tech (H4).
- Ensure accurate reporting to SAP IP and track decom investments and toxic assets.
- Provide quarterly IT PPM economics reporting.
Compliance & Optimization:
- Monitor KPIs to ensure expected benefits from IT investments.
- Optimize IT spend and support business representatives in financial decisions.
- Ensure proper management of capitalization, depreciation, and spend accuracy.
IT Savings:
- Identify and drive IT cost reduction initiatives.
What does Allianz need from you?
We are looking for a senior professional with strong expertise and leadership skills:
Functional Knowledge:
- Solid experience in IT controlling and financial controlling.
- Strong understanding of the insurance sector; knowledge of Allianz is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in control tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Degree in Business Administration or similar.
Leadership & Influence:
- Ability to communicate effectively and influence laterally in a transversal role.
Autonomy & Proactivity:
- High level of independence and initiative in managing complex tasks.
