Job Summary
To support superior on the execution of sustainability projects and initiatives in driving the implementation of Allianz Malaysia’s Integrated Reporting, Sustainability Disclosures, Related Governance and Strategy.
Key Responsibilities
· To assist and support superior on planning, co-ordination and execution of annual reporting involving development of timelines, managing documentation for audit and future reference, coordinating data collection, identifying and managing vendors, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and governance that relate to sustainability reporting and strategy.
· To support superior in stakeholders management and mobilisation on sustainability/annual integrated reporting and any other sustainability strategy initiatives.
· To support integrated/sustainability reporting projects and sustainability initiatives related to governance and secretariat duties.
· To assist superior on benchmarking, research and review areas related to sustainability aligning with upcoming industrial or regulatory trends for move forward planning and call for actions.
· Any other assignments related to sustainability reporting, projects/initiates as and when deemed necessary.
Key Requirements :
· Minimum a bachelor’s degree in insurance, economics, finance, actuarial or relevant.
· Sustainability qualification is an advantage.
· At least 3 years of relevant working experience on managing sustainability disclosures or annual integrated reporting.
· Knowledge and experience in annual and sustainability reporting standards i.e. GRI, TCFD, ISSB S1 & S2.
· Writing and communication skills including report-writing (experience in annual report preparation/sustainability disclosure a plus).
· Exposure in insurance industry or financial industry is an added advantage.
· Resilience to undertake challenges and be challenged.
· Agile to work in fast paced environment.
· Growth mindset with strategic and business acumen.
· Excellent in communication, organisation, analysis, and project planning and management skills.
· A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skill. Able to work with diverse workforce.
