We are looking for a Senior Digital Optimisation Specialist to join our Digital Experience team and work across our digital squads to optimise our digital sales and service journeys.
About the role
· Optimise AAL digital sales and service experiences to drive the achievement of revenue targets and self-serve channel shift.
· Identify and prioritise optimisation opportunities through diagnosis and exploration of customer problems, identifying friction/high dropouts and points of customer dissatisfaction.
· Collaborate with UX team members to prototype, wireframe and design user interfaces for testing and implementation.
· Utilise Adobe Target to build, test and publish experiences, utilising basic HTML, CSS and JavaScript as required.
· Utilise Adobe Analytics and supporting analysis tools to identify opportunities and measure effectiveness of tests.
About you
· Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Information Technology or similar.
· Demonstrated understanding of conversion rate optimisation methodologies and a high level of learning agility to adapt and respond to new changes and requirements in line with industry advancements.
· Experience in digital optimisation opportunity identification, prioritisation, test delivery and measurement.
· Experience in online customer experience, usability trends and information design.
· Experience delivering projects using agile methodologies.
· Experience in design thinking and customer journey mapping.
· Demonstrated evidence of technical proficiency with complex A/B Test setup using Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics or similar tools, including knowledge in implementation and solutioning using JavaScript.
