Job Purpose/Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated, detail Consultant (m/f/d) to join our Legal and Safeguarding Consulting practice area and support us on a broad range of resilience projects of different scope and complexity. You will review, design, implement and maintain resilience programs in Operating Entities and facilitate the handling of operational risks in various domains/ safeguarding functions such as Business Continuity Management.

Key Responsibilities:
· Work with client teams, bearing responsibility for specific tasks, the quality of your deliverables and ensuring project milestones are reached.
· Manage communications and project timelines.
· Contribute to business development and client pitches under the guidance of an Engagement Manager for BCM or Resilience topics
· Help increase Allianz Consulting expertise within the BCM or Resilience topics
· Contribute to the day-to-day operations of the assigned tasks
· Contribute to internal projects within Allianz Consulting, including internal knowledge sharing and team events.
Key Requirements/Skills/Experience:
· University degree or equivalent experience
· Experience in Business Continuity Management (BCM), Disaster Recovery Planning, Operational Risk Management or Resilience program implementation.
· Knowledge of insurance industry, financial services or consulting methodologies, tools, and techniques is mandatory.
· Relevant experience in project management, change management, business transformation or initiative development and implementation is desired.
· Experience with internal or external clients (consulting) is desired.
· Great communication skills to communicating with a broad range of audiences and seniority levels in a very international set up and excellent command in English to prepare and deliver presentations and reports (other languages are a plus).
· Solving problems mindset and a pronounced capacity for analytical thinking
· PowerPoint and Excel skills (can perform complex functions) are required and experience in other tool are preferred.
