Key responsibilities / What you do

·  Provide professional consulting service for our clients within Allianz Group across the globe
·  Facilitate workshops with service and enterprise architects to document and model Allianz's IT landscape, adhere to tight deadlines, and proactively address challenges through effective stakeholder management and communication.
·  Utilize the ArchiMate 3.2 Specification language to model application landscapes and IT infrastructure across Allianz's global operating entities.
·  Document the enterprise architecture across business, application, and technical layers, detailing both current and target states.
·  Leverage your expertise and best practices in enterprise architecture consulting to persuade clients across various business sectors, confidently presenting project status updates and solutions to key stakeholders.
·  Contribute to sales pitches and the internal development of consulting services within the IT Organization and Architecture, sharing your ideas and experiences with colleagues across different practice areas.

 

Key requirements/ What you bring

·  Excellent Master’s degree in informatics, business informatics, business (industrial) engineering, or a comparable course of study
·  At least 3-5 years in enterprise architecture, IT project management or digital transformation consulting
·  Practical experience and preferably certification in enterprise architecture and , e.g. ITIL, TOGAF, BPMN, ArchiMate
·  Passion and experience in business, enterprise architecture & IT transformation management with topic ownership / responsibility
·  Strong team player with high assertiveness and ability to work under pressure
·  Analytical, tech-driven and problem-solving skills, conceptual and implementation experience
·  Advanced skills in MS Office 365. Additional skills in JIRA/Confluence, Power BI & MS Analytics are appreciated
·  Excellence in presentation and communication, with strength in facilitation, Enterprise Architecture and IT landscape understanding,  sales, and conflict management
·  Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish
