JUNIOR INSURANCE BUSINESS ANALYST - P&C RETAIL

Job description

JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

 

Candidate will join the Agency Technical Excellence Unit (P&C Retail), conducting in-depth technical analysis of P&C Retail portfolios, evaluating new business opportunities, defining and supporting the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to allow for profitable growth and to improve portfolio quality and performance

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

•             Analysis and monitoring of Motor and Non Motor portfolio KPIs

•             Technical evaluation of growth opportunities

•             Definition of specific action plans to steer portfolio performance

 

KEY REQUIREMENTS

 

•             Bachelor degree in Business and Economics, or equivalent

•             Knowledge of Insurance business (2/3 year experience would be an advantage)

•             Broad knowledge of Power BI, including DAX and Power Query is required

•             Basic knowledge of Python or SQL would be an advantage

•             Team spirit, self-motivation and a proactive and committed working

•             Ability to work independently as well as engage and interact with different stakeholders

•             Strong ability to work under pressure and sharply meet deadlines

•             Excellent knowledge of Office 365

•             Italian Fluent/English work level
