Digitalization, globalization, and large transformation programs expose organizations to new threats may not been identified or assessed before. Allianz is responsible to protect their business and reputation, as well as their customers, employees, and partners. Digital business has created a new ecosystem, one in which partners add new business capabilities and security complexities. Vision for risk and security must be based on an ecosystem that enables trust and resilience.

As managing information risk becomes an increasingly important business concern, Allianz Services is building a new off-shore team to provide operational support to Allianz Operating Entities Information Security and Information Risk Management teams to enable them to fulfil Allianz Group Information Security Framework requirements and Allianz Integrated Information Risk Management approach.

Allianz Services is looking for highly motivated professionals to join the Technology and Risk Services (TRS) team. Curious to learn more about it? We are looking for reinforce our team as soon as possible.

 

What you will do

·  IT Compliance Manager (contact for AZ Group IT, maintain IT Control Framework by analyzing and adopting changes to Group IT policy and functional rules)
·  Monitor/execute IT Control Catalogue Testing
·  Monitor and assess Control Assurance Reporting from AZ Tech
·  Actively contribute to annual IT Compliance Assessment
·  Support external audit of Annual Closing of AZ SE
·  Support internal audits according to Audit Plan
·  Prepare general Audit Evidences on IT compliance (IAM, Provider Management, Capacity Management)
·  Support in defining Adonis Processes (Process Mapping)

 

What you bring

·  2-5 years business experience in Information Technology & Compliance industry , ideally in the financial services branch
·  Profound knowledge of IT Compliance related frameworks and standards (e.g. Allianz Policy for IT, Functional Rule for IT, Information Risk Management and Information Security and relevant frameworks such as COBIT, ITIL)
·  Profound understanding of German and European regulatory requirements towards IT (VAIT, DORA)
·  Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
·  Excellent communication and presentation skills and proven experience with stakeholder management and C-level communication
·  Self-motivated individual able to function effectively when working independently or in a team.
·  Ability to foster working relationships with clients

 

You have

·  Previous exposure to information risk management, Information Technology Governance, IT operations (system administration, IT support) or any Information Security work streams such as offensive (ethical hacking, social engineering) and defensive security (digital forensics, security monitoring). Either by previous work experience or studies.
·  Previous business experience in designing and implementing risk, governance, and control frameworks; experience in conducting risk assessments; experience in testing business processes and internal controls
·  Relevant business experience with a focus on Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Operational Risk Management and/or Internal Risk & Controls Systems
·  Understanding of data privacy and business continuity, and relevant safeguarding function controls
·  Pro-active and solution-oriented behavior
