Job role

The role involves creating and leading global employer branding strategies in alignment with business objectives, collaborating with HR and creative agencies, and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels. Additionally, it includes managing projects, providing expert advice on Allianz employer branding, and acting as a consultant for social media incidents and crises.

What you will do    

·  Support Allianz Services in attracting and retaining top talent. 
·  Create the yearly global employer branding strategy and plan in alignment with the business objectives, ensuring that social media content is consistent with the branding plan. 
·  Lead global employer branding initiatives in collaboration with HR and serve as the Service Owner for the Future Talent communications squad. 
·  Provide expert advice on Allianz branding and enhance awareness of Allianz's governance and guidelines. Cascade updates coming from Allianz Group Communications relevant for employer branding or external communications. 
·  Manage projects and act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for collaborations with creative agencies, developing employer branding and social media strategies, and collaborating with in-house design teams to create branding assets. 
·  Work with Allianz Services locations to create and source content, ensuring fair representation across all channels. 
·  Coordinate with Allianz Group to align employer branding and external communications, maintaining consistent messaging and tone across internal and external channels. 
·  Regularly report data and insights, define and measure campaign efficacy using KPIs, and utilize analytics tools for continuous improvement. 
·  Ensure training certificates for colleagues with social media access are current (e.g., crisis communications, security awareness). Maintain the owned accounts secured and provide clear directions for the security of the executive team’s accounts. 
·  Act as an expert consultant for social media incidents and crises, coordinating internal alignments for resolution. 
·  Evaluate and decide on the approval or rejection of all external content, such as social media posts, press releases, and event participation, award submissions to ensure adherence to internal policies and mitigate risks related to external communications. 
·  Maintain updated presence on owned external channels (e.g., Careers page, LinkedIn, Instagram). 
·  Implement and manage social media analytics tools, providing onboarding and training for communication and HR teams. 

What you bring

·  Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 
·  Proven experience in employer branding, communications, or marketing, ideally within a global organization. 
·  Experience in project management, change management, and working with creative agencies. 
·  Ability to craft clear, compelling, and persuasive messages tailored to diverse audiences.  
·  Strong ability to align communication strategies with business objectives and anticipate potential challenges.  
·  Excellent relationship-building skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels.  
·  Understanding of media dynamics and experience in managing media relations as well as social media.  
·  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.  
·  Strong Knowledge of MS-PowerPoint, Word, etc.
