Job description

Role Description   

 

Provide full PA support to the CEO of Allianz UK to ensure they are prepared and organised accordingly to deliver their business objectives. You will also be working as part of the CEO office team and supporting additional management, internal clients and external parties.   

This is an office based role and will require you to come into our London office 4 days per week.

 

·  Managing the CEO’s diary ensuring all meetings are scheduled, travel logistics arranged and corporate planning timescales are met.
·  Provide full administrative support to the CEO and support for other Executive Members in the absence of their PAs.
·  Anticipating and fulfilling the needs and requirements for meetings and conferences (including webinars etc.)
·  Ensuring key meeting reports, minutes, slide packs/meeting papers, action updates and presentations are completed and issued.
·  Handling confidential data on behalf of the CEO in a sensitive manner.
·  Ensuring that the Team meets the regulatory requirements.
·  Preparing and processing invoices.
·  Gathering, preparing and submitting expense claims on behalf of the CEO.
·  Driving and ensuring that communications from the CEO (blogs, intranet content, including organisation charts and distribution lists) are always kept up-to-date.
·  Co-ordinating and leading the PA Network to act as a central hub for information to help deliver an optimal front-facing service.
·  Mentor and coach new PAs as well as help recruit for PA vacancies.

 

Salary Information

 

Pay:  Circa £55,000 per year.

Pay is based on relevant experience, skills for the role, and location. Salary is only one part of our total reward package.

 

About You  

 

·  PA experience at a senior level.
·  Experience of working with various systems and reporting tools
·  Proven track record of showcasing excellent organisational, communication and prioritisation skills
·  Advanced proficiency in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

 

Essential Skills

 

·  Previous experience as a PA at a senior level.
·  Handling confidential information.
·  Reporting, minute taking & creating slide packs and presentation.
·  Able to work in our London office 4 days per week.
