What will make you succeed in this position?

You’ll be a great fit if in addition to the completion of a higher degree in business administration, change management, IT or comparable education, if you have:

·  3+ years of work experience in agile practices and roles, transformation, change management and /or consultancy business.
·  Experience applying different Agile and Lean approaches such as Scrum, Kanban,  DevOps practices including demonstrated ability to inspect and adapt practices to various situations.
·  Having a critical thinking approach generated by observation, experience, reflection, reasoning, and communication.
·  Experience in mentoring, coaching, facilitation, conflict management and team building.
·  Enjoying working in an intercultural and a multi-national environment.
·  CSM certification or equivalent.
·  Experience in scaled agile frameworks (LeSS, SAFe, etc.) is welcome.
·  Fluent in English language both spoken and written

 

Your mission in the role will be:

Team Facilitation

·  Facilitates Agile ceremonies to ensure team(s) maintain focus on quality and continuous delivery.
·  Provides visibility of delivery targets, commitments, progress and any relevant team data necessary to provide maximum team transparency.
·  Partner with and coach Product Owners in arranging the Product Backlog to maximize value.
·  Supports team to remove various impediments (e.g. organizational, work-environmental or mindset related) to protect the team’s progress and acts as its servant leader
·  Leads and coaches the respective teams in their adoption of agile
·  Collaborates with other SM and Agile Coaches

Tribe Support & Communication

·  Participates in and contributes to planning process (QBR Quarterly Business Review), PI Planning, Tribe Review, Tribe Retrospective, Scrum of Scrums, and other ceremonies as needed.
·  Continuously identifies and manages cross-team dependencies and impediments with the POs.

 

Continuous Improvement

Maintain high-performing & predictable agile team(s) by:

·  Managing and optimizing the flow of value through the agile team(s) using various tools, such as Kanban, Scrum Board and other visualization tools.
·  Facilitating issue resolution within the team.
·  Driving continuous improvement via workshop facilitation in the retrospectives; assess the agility level of the team(s) and help them to implement improvement points.
·  Participating and/or facilitating Communities of Practice.
·  Mentor team members, Product Owners, business owners and partners of the Tribe in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets.
·  Provide best practices using Scrum, Kanban and other agile methodologies.
