Sales Intern for CSO & Team
SINGAPORE Sales
Job description
Period: 3-6 months, can be longer if possible
Business:
· Work with the CSO and/or sales manager to complete assigned tasks
· Update sales reports and documents on a regular basis
· Observe the sales cycle from pitching, negotiation, closing and implementation
· Communicating with partners at the CSO and/or manager’s request
· Conduct research and market insight
· Develop sales pitch and contribute to sales strategies when required
· Attend meetings with CSO and/or sales manager when required
· Provide customer service support to walk-in customers
· Other ah-doc tasks and projects when required
Sales Support & Administrative:
· Data entry and tracking for different lines of business for billing
· Contracts – database maintenance and ensure execution forms are signed off
· Tracking of outstanding sales support items
· Timely response to invoicing queries / credit note requests from clients
· Send out monthly sales reports to clients
· Ensure customer satisfaction survey is sent to for auditing purposes
