Key responsibilities/What you do
Provide timely, accurate, and efficient telephone sales and customer
service support for various e-commerce and insurance clients. Answer
all inquiries related to products or services and increases sales by
offering additional products through effective up-selling/cross-selling
techniques. Required to attain performance and sales objectives on a
monthly basis.
Key tasks/What you bring
· Provide telephone support for e-commerce and insurance clients.
· Provide new quotes to customers inquiring about the purchase of insurance.
· Increase sales by offering additional products through effective up-selling/cross-selling techniques while meeting or exceeding monthly performance objectives in terms of sales volume, call answer time, and call quality.
· Make changes to existing policies such as processing cancellations or refunds of purchased policies.
· Interpret policies and provide benefit information to customers.
Minimum Requirements
· Post-secondary education and a minimum of 6-12 months
· experience in a customer service related function.
· Possess Accident and Sickness license or willing to become licensed.
Key tasks/What you bring
· Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft office, excellent communicator, compassionate nature
· Qualification: Graduate
· Experience: 6 to 12 Months/Fresher
· Possess TICO certification or willing to become certified.
· Proven success in a sales environment where there was a demonstrated ability to identify customer’s needs and provide optimal or alternative product solutions to meet those needs.
· Ability to maintain an energetic and enthusiastic attitude when faced with rejection.
· Ability to pay close attention to detail and multi-task.
· Fluency in French is preferred.
