What Are You Going to Do at Allianz?
As an RPA & Business Automation technical specialist at Allianz, your role extends beyond mere development; together with external partners, you will be at the forefront of our automation ecosystem, ensuring seamless operation and continuous enhancement of our automation solutions. Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Technical Development: Drive the technical development of new processes and modifications to existing processes in collaboration with support partners. Your expertise will be instrumental in fine tunning existing projects as well as building tactical solutions.
- Innovation and Enrichment: Identify emerging functionalities and technologies -including AI and Machine Learning - that can enhance our Business Automation solutions. Continuously explore new avenues to enrich our automation capabilities.
- Catalog Management: Create and maintain a catalog of automation solutions, ensuring clarity for internal clients.
- Operation and Incident Management: Incollaboration with support partners, take charge of maintaining all components of our Business Automation solutions, ensuring their stability, security, and optimal performance.
What Does Allianz Need from You?
To thrive in this multifaceted role, Allianz is seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
- Proven Expertise: Demonstrated experience in hands-on development, operation, and incident resolution within complex RPA solutions involving document processing (OCR, IDP, both ML and LLM). Proficiency in UiPath is essential. Familiarity with other Automation solutions as Excel VBA, C#, VB, PowerShell, JavaScript, Python, SQL is valuable, as well as familiarity with business process management platforms.
- Innovative Thinking: Ability to identify new functionalities and technologies, staying ahead of the curve to enhance our Business Automation solutions continuously, including AI and Machine Learning solutions.
- Technical Acumen: Strong technical background with a deep understanding of Automation technologies, incident management protocols, and process optimization techniques.
- Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail in maintaining components, resolving incidents, and optimizing process performance for maximum efficiency.
- Vendor Management Experience: Proven ability and experience in managing external development partners, fostering collaborative relationships for successful outcomes.
