About the Job
A H4-Business Transformation is the innovation engine of the Allianz Group, dedicated to harmonizing business models through simplicity, scalability and digital solutions. Our Business Master Platform (BMP) and its Global Assets enable the scaling of these harmonized models to Operating Entities (OEs) worldwide, embedding efficient processes and standardized Master Products.
Within Business Transformation, the BT Performance Team tracks the BMP Program across all phases, including asset build and rollout, budgets, OE Business Cases, Risk and Operational KPIs. BT Economics is the part of the department focusing mainly on the:
1) Review and steering of the OE business cases.
2) Tracking of the progress against the business cases, both financial and operational.
3) Design and implementation of operational KPIs.
We are looking for a Reporting Specialist with expertise in Operational Performance Management, a passion for data analytics, experience in KPI design and implementation, and enjoys working in an international environment.
What you do
· Define, implement and scale the reporting standards for a big insurance platform implementation across different functions, countries and for different organizational levels (top management and operational)
· Gather and interpret data from various sources to assess initiative performance, including both quantitative and qualitative data.
· Develop a framework for operational KPIs that ensures consistent reporting and delivers meaningful insights
· Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate the outcomes and impacts to stakeholders at all levels
· Collaborate with OEs to identify improvement areas aligned with company strategy and develop compelling business cases
· Drive company initiatives supporting the OEs in the implementation
What you bring
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of data automation and Power BI is advantageous, with proven experience in constructing KPI frameworks and delivering meaningful insights.
· Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, capable of analyzing complex business situations to identify opportunities and build compelling business cases, while managing projects end-to-end with diverse stakeholders.
· Solid background in business, including strategy, operations, or project management, and adaptability to changing circumstances to enhance the impact of company initiatives.
· Strategic thinking to create reusable outcomes and synergies, with an interest in exploring new technologies such as automation and AI.
· Strong leadership, innovative thinking, and change management skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback and resolve conflicts across all levels, with or without formal authority.
· Excellent communication skills for addressing different levels of hierarchy and managing stakeholder expectations effectively.
· Graduation/Masters, Diploma, or similar level of university education, with fluency in English and a business-oriented mindset.
