Job description

Key Responsibilities 

 

1.Training Responsibilities

1) Design training courses suitable for employees to learn according to company needs, including training objectives, content, methods, and evaluation methods.

2) Responsible for implementing training courses, guiding students to learn, answering their questions, and ensuring training effectiveness.

3) Organize and update training materials to ensure that knowledge points are up-to-date.

4) Keep good training record, in time and completely.

5) Maintain contact with business departments, understand their training needs, and provide targeted training.

 

2. Quality Responsibilities

1) Complete call audits on time and in quantity every month

2) Analyze call audit results, develop improvement plans and implement them to ensure service quality meets client requirements

3) To follow complaint handling process very strictly, make sure ford complaint case be response within 1 hour (client/customer/other channel), to update investigation result/complaint status within 48 hours.

3) Make sure every quality control action can be supported by a clear & standard process map as well as related document in ops team.

4) Produce high-quality analytical reports as required, and regularly attend operational meetings to share quality trend.

5) Translate APP based client requirement

1) Strong background in Operations.

2) Excellent communication skills and training skills.

3) Well organized, pro-active, dynamic.

4) Keenness and willingness to learn.

5) Flexibilities.

6) Strong English skills (Oral and written)
