Role Overview:  

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Protection and Resilience team. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to initiatives that enhance organizational and community resilience against risks and challenges. The intern will support projects that focus on risk management, disaster preparedness, and safeguarding systems to ensure continuity and safety.
 

Key Responsibilities:

 

·  Contribute to the development of P&R frameworks and tools.  
·  Assist in updating procedures and plans related to protection and resilience.  
·  Consolidate data from various sources and prepare for analysis. 
·  Participate in the creation of workshops and awareness campaigns.  
·  Maintain accurate records and tracking of project progress, pending actions and outcomes. 
·  Prepare reports and summaries for team and stakeholder meetings.  
·  Support on compliance tasks related to DORA.

 

Qualifications:

 

·  Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Risk Management, TBD.  
·  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint)
·  Knowledge of Jira and Confluence is a plus
·  Experience with data analysis tools or software (e.g., GIS, Excel, Power BI) is a plus
·  Strong research and analytical skills.  
·  Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.  
·  Interest in risk management, disaster preparedness, and community resilience.
