Role Description

An exciting opportunity to join Allianz Commercial’s Business Transformation and Customer Experience function as a Customer Propositions Consultant. This is a hybrid role based in our Guildford office, ideally twice a week.

Working closely with multiple stakeholders across the business, including trading, technical, distribution and claims teams, this senior role will take ownership of and drive forward the development of market-leading propositions.

 

Key Accountabilities

As part of the customer propositions team, you’ll:

·  Provide high quality analysis of the UK insurance market , competitors and customers to support proposition development and decision-making across the business​.
·  Facilitate and support the business with idea generation and value proposition design. ​
·  Identify opportunities and develop customer propositions across our Commercial product suite, ensuring any development fits with the wider business & transformation strategy​.
·  Be a project manager or workstream lead - working closely with cross functional teams to drive forward proposition development from idea stage to market launch.
·  Champion the proposition and governance process – supporting the business through the process and to prioritise developments in line with business strategy and customer value.
·  Ownership, development and management of preferred suppliers – including ongoing monitoring of the value being delivered to customers.
·  Work closely with the campaign team to shape the marketing strategy for propositions and feed ideas in to develop compelling thought leadership.

 

Essential Skills

·  Outstanding research and analytical skills, with proven experience of market / competitor / customer research and analysis.
·  Experience of proposition development and managing cross functional teams.
·  Excellent planning, organisation and stakeholder management skills
·  Strong communication skills – ability to present, both virtually and in person, succinct content and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

 

Desirable Skills

·  Insurance product and market knowledge; CII qualification a plus
·  The ability to proactively and autonomously deliver high quality work
