About the Job 

 

Allianz Technology is the Service Provider for Allianz Group IT which safeguards and steers the evolvement of IT, and ensures that Information risks impacting business objectives are identified and properly addressed. We establish & perform the necessary steering in the Group via a global IT and IS Governance and the Group IT Operating Model develop, drive, and maintain the overall IT Strategy for Allianz Group in close alignment with the Business Strategy, OEs, and the Key Functions, define the Allianz Integrated Control System for IT and Information Security (IS) in a set of practical corporate rule book documents

 

Group IT steers the implementation of the Group IT Strategy via OE IT & IS Steering Boards and govern strategic IT projects and key IS initiatives throughout Allianz Group. Additionally, we develop, run and steer the Integrated Information Risk Management on Group level, operate the global functional councils for IT & IS, develop the global international community of CIOs and CISOs, evolve the Allianz group wide strategic IT & IS Management Tools and achieve bottom line impact through new high quality and benchmarked IT services.

 

The Expert IT Service Continuity Management will provide these services to the Allianz Group out of the Allianz Technology Spain Hub. 

 

 

What you do

 

  • Further develop the Digital Operating Model to include IT Service Continuity Management (processes, people, tools)
  • Contribute to developing Corporate Rules and processes related to IT Service Continuity Management
  • Closely collaborate with related functions and Allianz Technology on defining processes and interfaces as well as collaborating with HR regarding skill profiles
  • Consult Operating Entities on local implementation of central requirements
  • Contribute to monitoring the implementation of the IT Service Continuity Management across Allianz entities
  • Lead projects in the area of IT Service Continuity Management and design and deliver trainings on IT Service Continuity Management.

 

 

 

What you bring

 

  • Enterpreneurship, ownership and delivery culture
  • Ability to engage and influence senior internal stakeholders and external stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as structured and systematic working style as well as good relationship management competencies
  • Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
  • Experience in Governance Processes and Standards nice to have
  • Professional experience in IT Service Continuity Management highly desired
  • University degree/ Master in Computer Science, business information systems, Business Administration or related field
