Job description
1. Establishing effective internal business linkages with all key stakeholders, such as products, marketing, operations, to minimize silo-based outputs and ensure business alignment for optimal agency performance.
2. Managing key business activities e.g. roadshows, events, GM meetings for Chief Officer and providing content and advisory support.
3. Developing strategic initiatives to elevate both the quantity and quality of business.
4. Leading key cross-functional commercial initiatives (e.g. UPC expansion) and supporting Chief Officer with tactical executions.
5. Enabling and fostering a dynamic, collaborative and performance oriented culture.
