About the role

  • Maintain a consistent delivery of the AAL customer experience within claims underpinned by AAL Claims Experience Principles.
  • Triage inbound new claims and liaise with claimants, repairers, and other internal/external stakeholders to drive timely decision-making and life of claim outcomes.
  • Proactively maintain the Property Assessing allocation inbox with new claims and escalations.
  • Maintain a productive work environment through appropriate planning and workflow management.
  • Monitor and maintain Allianz-specific customer experience portals and supplier-specific platforms.
  • Review and report on trends/issues with Property Assessing portfolio.
  • Maintain supplier invoices and finalize customer settlements.
  • Management of a portfolio of low-value claims.
  • Ensure adherence with best practice claims assessment practices and processes.
  • Provide support of the management of Internal assessing claim portfolio.

 

About You

  • Experience of working in a customer service role. Property claims experience is desirable.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands.
  • Proven analytical and critical thinking capability to interpret a range of data, identify patterns, trends and links that inform judgements and solutions.
  • Ability to interpret and analyse complex information, extract meaningful insights and evaluate options for decision making.
  • Demonstrated evidence of technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, reporting and communication tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
