The PMO function reports directly to the Global Head of RSA and supports them in all their daily strategic and executive tasks. As an intern or working student (6 -12 months position) reporting to the PMO, your main purpose will be to assist the Global Head, represent the RSA Line of Business, handle ad-hoc requests from other C-Level Offices, and coordinate activities with various global functions and colleagues. You will drive key projects and ensure smooth administrative and logistical operations for the Global Head of RSA.
Within this role, you will gain a unique introduction to one of the largest Lines of Business of Allianz Partners, with true international exposure and top management insights, and you will be deeply involved in shaping the future of Allianz Partners Roadside Assistance. You will gain invaluable experience managing and interacting with C-level executives, preparing documents and presentations to top-tier consultancy standards, and working on various initiatives that require analytical and project management skills. During the internship, you will also help to cover the maternity leave of the current PMO, thus gaining even more exposure and autonomy.
Key responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include supporting the PMO in their daily tasks such as:
· Driving key strategic projects and initiatives,
· Preparation of internal and external communications,
· Communicating, monitoring, and supporting special requests from Global Head of RSA to their management team or external stakeholders,
· Supporting the Global Head of RSA with business topics such as building presentation decks, interfacing with key stakeholders, preparing business trip agendas and key contents etc.,
· Governance-related tasks (preparation of internal regular meetings within the Line of Business, budget monitoring etc.),
· Ad-hoc event management support
· HR-related tasks (monitoring of departures, recruitments, FTE count and other HR-related topics).
Requirements
· (Ongoing) Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics – ideally 4th or 5th year
· Strong organizational and project management skills
· Rigorous and able to produce high-quality deliverables (top-tier consultancy level)
· Quick to understand new topics and comfortable managing/prioritizing multiple tasks/requests without losing track
· Hands-on, solution-driven and autonomous working style
· Flexibility and reactivity to short-notice requests when necessary
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Ability to work in a multicultural environment and a matrix organization with C Level
· Fluent in English is mandatory, French or German are a plus
· Availability for 6 – 12 months (preferably 9 or 12)
