Job role
Providing PMO support to an Account Management structure within Allianz Consulting.
What will you do
Account management data consolidation & analysis
Maintain internal contracts database
Maintain account management financial dashboard for in scope areas
Organization & Coordination of Account Management sessions with the account leads; reports preparation & presentation
Organization and coordination of yearly account workshops with the account leads
Activation of account management methodology for in scope areas
Account screening; periodically check intranet, viva engage, LinkedIn for relevant information and communication regarding the accounts activity.
Collaboration with various departments for a harmonized account management between Allianz Consulting and Allianz Services
Provide support with account management relevant data for leadership sessions and ad-hoc requests
Close alignment with Allianz Consulting Controlling team and Contract Management Team.
What you bring
English language skills (C1 Level)
Project management or consulting experience
Experience working with Account Management(nice to have)
Proficient use of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience in reporting (tools, processes, templates)
Ability to prioritize, estimate time requirements and meet deadlines
