Position Summary
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused Partnership Administrative Specialist to join our team and support our travel agents, District Directors, and internal departments. In this pivotal role, you’ll help ensure seamless operations by addressing commission-related inquiries, resolving technical issues within AgentMax and PeopleSoft, and managing policy exceptions including cancellations, modifications, and backdated entries.

Your work will directly contribute to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency, making a meaningful impact across the organization. What you do

  • Serve as the primary contact for District Directors and travel agents regarding commissions, system issues, and policy exceptions.
  • Respond to phone and email inquiries promptly, ensuring service-level agreements are met.
  • Handle updates and transactions in AgentMax and PeopleSoft, including agent ID changes, commission adjustments, backdating, and manual checks.
  • Create and distribute monthly service fee reports and address related questions.
  • Lead and support complex, time-sensitive projects such as large policy rebuilds or cancellations.
  • Manage exception workflows including commission reassignments and recalculations.
  • Partner with Client Services on account maintenance initiatives and troubleshooting efforts.
  • Provide AgentMax support (e.g., password resets, access issues) and escalate broader concerns to technical teams as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-performing accounts to support long-term retention and service quality.
  • Stay informed on Allianz Partners’ products, systems, and internal procedures to ensure accurate and effective support.

 

What you bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Proven reliability and consistent attendance record.
  • Previous experience in the travel industry or a customer service-focused role preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented culture.
  • Passion for delivering outstanding service to both internal teams and external partners.
