Partner Supervision and Monitoring Specialist – Consumer - Multiple location (12 months fixed term contract)

About the role

·  Support partners in understanding Allianz’s compliance responsibilities by collaboratively developing and guiding effective compliance plans.
·  Facilitate transparent and ongoing partner reporting to help identify key areas of focus and encourage positive compliance outcomes.
·  Nurture a culture of thoughtful risk awareness by aligning business practices with the organisational risk appetite to enable informed, values-driven decisions.
·  Champion the continuous improvement of compliance policies and practices, ensuring they reflect relevant insurance legislation and codes of practice.
·  Build strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders through regular communication, shared accountability, and proactive follow-up on emerging issues.
·  Manage and report any matters arising and consequence thereof.

 

About you

·  Experienced in shaping and enhancing internal controls, governance practices, and policies with a focus on compliance and continuous improvement.
·  Brings a strong understanding of risk and compliance within the insurance landscape and/or financial services with awareness of base level obligations, Compliance Codes of Practice and Legislation.   
·  Approaches work with care and precision, consistently demonstrating attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
·  Builds trusting, respectful relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including clients, intermediaries, and service partners.
·  Thoughtfully assesses and manages business risks to ensure long-term resilience and support sustainable outcomes.
