As a Strategy Consultant within the Allianz Benelux Strategy Office, you will report to the Strategy Lead and collaborate with the Chief Transformation Officer in the CEO domain. You will support strategy formulation, execution, and reporting activities, contributing to the annual Strategic Dialogue and Planning Dialogue, ad-hoc analyses, M&A assessments, and cross-functional business cases. Your Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Execution: Run and support the Strategic Dialogue (SD) and Planning Dialogue (PD) cycles across Allianz Benelux.
- Analytical Insight: Perform ad-hoc analysis and deep dives on strategic topics to advise the Benelux Board and senior management.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Transformation and Portfolio teams to ensure strategic alignment in projects.
- Business Case Development: Develop and review business cases for key programs.
- Executive Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations for C-level audiences, including the CEO, Board of Management, and Group.
- Team Contribution: Contribute to recruitment efforts and occasionally supervise junior analysts or external consultants
Your Profile?
You have at least a first experience in strategy consulting, corporate development, or business analysis, with exposure to strategic planning processes and performance management. Your hands-on experience with financial modeling, data analysis, and business case development is complemented by project-based work in cross-functional teams, preferably in a multinational context. You have strong exposure to executive communications and stakeholder engagement, with excellent analytical thinking, adaptability, and initiative. A Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or Engineering is required, with an MBA or Executive Master’s degree being a plus. Training in consulting methods or strategic analysis, as well as Agile or project management certification, will be advantageous. Proficiency in English is essential in this role, skills in French and/or Dutch are helpful.
