Job description

1.Proactive collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure clarity of the specifications and upcoming project initiatives in the pipeline
2. Perform all procurement, pre-qualification, tender, negotiation and contracting activities
3. Conduct financial and contractual negotiations with suppliers
4. Support Allianz’s vendor risk framework whenever applicable
5. Compile and analyze spending and savings data for the regional office
6. Ensure principles of value for money, transparency, fairness, efficiency and accountability are evident in key company dealings 

7. Effectively incorporate generative AI tool (e.g. ChatGPT) into daily work processes to enhance productivity and efficiency
