Job description
The Operation Reporting Analyst is part of the local reporting team. It provides governance insights to local LOB heads by creating relevant and timely dashboards that focus on the respective business areas. In addition, he ensures the timely and qualitative delivery of business partner reports. The scope of the report covers the full range of key performance indicators (KPIs) of the respective business areas, including volume, quality, digitalization, and performance evaluation.
The local reporting team works closely with the global operations reporting team to promote the development of complete and accurate customer-specific data for internal and external stakeholders and provides analytical capabilities when required. The team acts as a "one source of truth" for customer-specific data, ensures data quality and plausibility checks, and drives necessary corrections.
What you do
· You will be responsible for the reporting analyses and for the regular qualitative and timely publication of all reports for the operating business units.
· You will ensure the accuracy of the data by conducting qualitative analyses, ad-hoc in-depth checks and regular plausibility checks.
· You create the daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports and data, ad-hoc requests, etc.
· You will work with key stakeholders (operations, sales) to design and deliver data analytics using metrics, dashboards to meet critical or specific information requirements.
· In cooperation with Operation and Sales, you will create and program reports for business partners to meet contractual obligations.
· You will be the contact person for the Head of Reporting AP Germany, the Head LOB, as well as the global reporting team for questions about the respective business area. In doing so, you will support the Global Operations and Reporting Strategy to build up reporting to "one source of truth".
What you bring
· Bachelor’s degree in business analysis and/or controlling.
· First experience in business analysis and/or controlling.
· In-depth knowledge of the assistance process, from the first customer contact to the final billing.
· Knowledge of ABS one, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
· Ideally knowledge of Power BI and MicroStrategy
· Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken
· Passion for dealing with numbers.
· In addition: proactivity, analytical mind, strong problem-solving skills, decision-making skills, project management skills.
