Job description

Job Summary;

To manage the corporate insurance policy administration in summary below
    - Produce a new and renew business for group policy, issuing membership card and all related documentation correctly and on time in accordance with agreed service target levels and 100% accuracy
    - Provide a complete set of policies with policy wording, handbook and hospital list including register and deliver to customer/Agent/Broker
    - Contribute to membership and billing improvements to ensure that Allianz Ayudhya provides a high quality and efficient after sales service
    - Support any specials request from corporate customer or GASO account when they require such as E-procurement system, enrollment/delete/change/update member information into system
    - Serve the customer need and maintain service quality level to meet customer SLA

Responsibilities;

'• To produce a new and renew business for group policy, issuing membership card and all related documentation correctly and on time in accordance with agreed service target levels and 100% accuracy
• To provide a complete set of policies with policy wording, handbook and hospital list including register and deliver to customer/Agent/Broker
• To update member records as necessary, such as updating bank accounts, beneficiary etc. where all information must be 100% accurate
• To enrol/delete/change member during the policy year and endorsement issuance
• To issue Invoice/Credit Note and send to customer within SLA or according to customer cycle billing period
• To process for premium refund and coordinator with Finance team
• To calculate adjustment premium for customer who either sign contract with us more than one year or profit sharing 
• To check whether all document is complete and we received all according to the sale condition/proposal /Special request before input into system
• To verify that member application is complete and correct against with UW guideline also coordinate with UW team to issue the exclusion
• Make any decisions in accordance with the membership & billing rules and special conditions of particular customers and underwrite guideline
• To support any specials request from corporate or GASO account when they require such as E-procurement system
• To coordinate with relevant departments if clarifications/inquiries are required, such as Finance, CS, Sale, UW, etc.
• To participate in company/department’s activities, training and seminars as assigned.

Qualifications ;

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Commerce and Accountancy, Computer science, Communications arts, Marketing, Business administration, Economics or related fields

Minimum 2 Years in insurance policy management services or other related fields 
Experience in coordinating with external parties such as Customer , HR, Agent, Broker.
