About the Job :

The program spans 18 months during which you will experience the diversity of Allianz Technology. You will get to know the different structures and areas and go through various stations within Allianz Technology. You will work in an agile manner but also become familiar with traditional methods. You drive projects forward operationally and gain insights into management decisions during the assistant phase of a leadership position

 

From day one, an experienced Allianz Employee will mentor you on your journey. Together, you will define the individual focuses and stations of your time as an IT trainee.

 

An international station will provide you with special insights into the international collaboration of Allianz Technology, and you will subsequently benefit from diverse development opportunities. You will become part of the great IT trainee network, where you can contribute your personality, exchange ideas with like-minded individuals, and achieve your personal and professional goals.

 

What you do:

·  Work in the area of Business Intelligence with large database clusters (Oracle) and microservices.
·  Develop software according to customer requirements using modern technology stacks, both in the frontend and backend areas.
·  Drive the transformation in the Allianz Cloud Journey with our wide range of business and technical services.
·  Support the information security area in preventing cyber-attacks.
·  Take responsibility for the agile team as an Agile Master or act as a Product Owner with a technical focus.
·  Learn the principle of test-driven development and the benefits of pair programming in an agile setup. 

 

What you bring:

·  You have completed your studies in (business) informatics, mathematics, business administration (with a focus on IT), or a related field with good grades.
·  You have already demonstrated your IT skills in IT internships.
·  Digital topics are your passion, and you enjoy thinking entrepreneurially.
·  You like to take on responsibility and have the will to drive change.
·  You have very good English language skills; German is a plus.
·  You have sound knowledge in at least one database technology and one programming language.
