Job role

 

We are looking for a PMO passionate about recruiting, to join our team to support and enable a global recruiting community to deliver best in class experiences to our internal and external talent.

 

What you will do

 

·  Prepare and schedule project team meetings – special focus on administrating and maintaining distribution lists, organizing the meetings, collecting topics, follow-ups etc. for the Global Recruiting Community
·  Support the Global Recruiting Community in all SuccessFactors Recruiting module system- related user queries 
·  Create and maintain SuccessFactors Recruiting module enablers for the Global Community
·  Draft top quality work products, e.g. project documentation
·  Anticipate and respond to ad hoc project needs (tasks, processes)
·  Manage workload of activities in alignment with customer/project manager
·  Actively contribute towards improving project deliverables, processes and structure
·  Support in recruitment-related project roll-outs (such as SuccessFactors add-ons)
·  Perform gap analysis between as-is system and process and to be and plan and organize awareness trainings on new ways of working

 

What you bring

 

·  2 to 5 years of experience in Project management (in Recruitment environment would be a plus)
·  Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors Recruiting module
·  Strong drive to innovate and to take responsibility for projects
·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
·  Fluency in English, any additional language would be a plus
·  Experience working with virtual and multi-national teams

You have

·  Solid knowledge of SuccessFactors Recruiting module or similar tools
·  Competence in IT, particularly in standard project management tools, PowerPoint, Excel
·  Solid organizational skills with attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
·  Ability to prioritize, estimate time requirements and meet deadlines
·  Strong drive to innovate and to take responsibility for projects
