Job Summary : Support administration regarding claims.
Job responsibilities :
- Prepare claim documents and submit to the Finance team to process payment within SLA both member claim and provider claim.
- Verify the accuracy of the bill amount before submitting the transaction to Finance.
- Issue letter both TH/EN and send out to customer such as reject letter, medical requirement letter and terminate letter.
- Contact with hospital and member for getting additional information for claim consideration average holding bills around 450-500 per month waiting for more information.
- Responsible for returning the original bill and documents to the customer if requested by the customer.
- Prepare claim documents for messenger service client in corporate group and ASO company.
Qualifications :
-Bachelor degree in any fields
-Minimum 2-3 years in insurance company experience - Preferably experience in hospital / Insurance Company or related to insurance services.
-Any AI-future skills e.g., ChatGPT, or CoPilot 365, will be an advantage.
