1. 根據業務策略與目標，規劃業務員通路獎勵方案
2. 規劃並執行相關業務推動專案
3. 表揚大會、獎勵旅遊等，相關活動籌辦
4. 協助主管完成相關業務激勵專案的推動

5. Effectively incorporate generative AI tool (e.g. ChatGPT) into daily work processes to enhance productivity and efficiency
