Allianz Trade are currently looking for a Mid Office Account Support to join our Canary Wharf or Manchester based Direct and Bank Relationship Management team. Reporting to the Head of Direct & Bank Account Management , you will support the Relationship Management team to manage client requests, undertake administrative support, and system related activities.

 

What you will do:

 

· 
Suporting team of ACMA/RM and BDM's, picking up work during periods of absence/whilst on company business (inbox and ticketing management), ensuring continuity of service for key customers.

· 
To act as 2nd line of defense for ACMA and support on admin tasks and system functions to enable ACMA/RM to focus on client engagement.

· 
Respond or esclate level 2 queries on behalf of ACMA/RM when unavailable, and support ad hoc requests relating to the existing portfolio. This may on occasion mean directly engaging with customers both via email and phone.

· 
Develop a strong working knowledge of systems, processes and departments (Compass, Ticketing, Workflows, Contacts etc.) to manage workloads efficiently and ensure requests are responded to swiftly.

· 
Maintain a high level of customer focus at all times and ensure any challenges are flagged to the management team as they arise.

Strong organisational skills

Ensuring management of level 2 tickets assigned to absent ACMA's

· 
Efficient and accurate at processing administrative requests

· 
Strong communication skills

· 
Ability to engage upwards and cross-functionally

· 
Willingness and ability to learn and engage on a broad range of technical topics

· 
Strong communcaiton skills and customer focus

· 
Proficient in Excel, Outlook, Teams, and other key IT systems
