Responsible for individual production target set by the company and ensuring the achievement of Branch’s objective in terms of production target and compliances of standard practice set by the company.

 

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

MARKETING

 

·  Complying and fulfillment of production target as set by company.
·  To solicit, procure and maintain business from Bancaassurance as well as to ensure achievement of sales target, profit and sustainability.
·  Monitor branch marketing campaign

 

COLLECTION

 

·  Complying and fulfillment of collection target as per Key Performance Indicator (KPI).
·  Ensuring all bad debts are collected and being kept at a minimal and acceptable level.

 

ADMIN/UNDERWRITING

 

·  To underwrite profitable and quality accounts in ensuring they are in line with Branch’s underwriting authority limits.
·  Ensuring all Agency Recruitments are as per the Company Standard Practice.
·  Maintain high quality and pleasant telephone courtesy whilst attending to incoming calls from clients, agents and other parties.

 

 

 

 

COMPLIANCE

 

·  Ensuring Motor CBC compliance within 7 working days from date of issuance.
·  Ensuring all requirements by regulation and guidelines (BNM, PIAM & SOPs) are complied at all the times.

 

TRAINING / EDUCATION

 

·  To have regular product training for existing Banca under her supervision.
·  To motivate Banca to excel better in terms of production and prompt payments.
·  To educate Banca on the Sales conduct as required by the company standard practice.
·  To have proper records of all business activities conducted as per Company’s standard requirements.
·  To present Business plan and reasons for any shortfall or surplus.

 

ADDITIONAL TASKS

 

·  To expand branch agency recruitment by recruiting ALIM agents
·  To assist on increasing Branch Non-Motor Production by exploring more on Commercial and Corporate Customers.

 

            Any other duties as and when deemed necessary
