KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
About the Management Trainee Progam
The Management Trainee Program offers you a 360° learning experience. Successful candidates will be assigned to one of our 14 Business Units, anywhere from UK to Russia, and will spend 12 months working across different departments to gain a holistic view of how our business operates. The program offers hands-on experience right from the start with full involvement in day to day business activities, projects and meetings. As well as on-the-job learning you will also follow a structured development program to support your progression.
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
What will you need to succeed?
We are looking for ambitious and enthusiastic graduates and those with 1 to 2 years previous experience ideally gained in an international environment.
The right attitude is just as important as your academic achievements and you will be someone who is eager to learn and develop and who is not afraid to step up and speak out to make a positive difference.
Geographic mobility is important together with the ability to speak English fluently alongside at least one other European language.
You may have a guaranteed role at the end of the program or you may be expected to apply for a specific vacancy so flexibility about your location is a prerequisite.
