Job Summary

Assisting the Franchise department by providing administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth execution of marketing and sales activities.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

·  Provide administrative and marketing support to sales department
·  Ensure timely preparation and submission of internal reports and compliance documents
·  Undertake such other duties relating to Department’s function and objectives as may be directed by the superior from time to time
·  Monitor department sales pipelines and provide regular performance report
·  Oversee end-to-end department’s expenses including budget plan, reconcile incentive payment updates

 

Key Requirements

·  Preferable candidate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent
·  Good command of English and Bahasa Melayu
·  Must be good in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint 
·  Have a strong sense of commitment and team work
·  Able to work independently with minimum supervision
·  Familiarity with using ChatGPT for automating routine tasks and enhancing productivity
