What you do

Responsibilities:

· Platform Development & Rollout Support

· Support the creation and refinement of requirements for new features and enhancements.

· Collaborate with development teams to track progress, resolve issues, and maintain project milestones.

· Project Management & Coordination

· Assist in managing projects from initiation to delivery, coordinating tasks, timelines, and resources.

· Schedule and facilitate project meetings, track progress, and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.

· Configuration & Stakeholder Collaboration

· Follow up on configuration tasks and technical developments with internal teams (IT, UX/UI, Innovation, Content) to ensure timely delivery.

· Prepare clear and concise onboarding materials for local country teams, ensuring all stakeholders understand platform functionalities.

What you bring

Required Qualifications:

· Education: Pursuing Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, or a related field.

· Project Coordination Skills: Basic knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).

· Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.

· Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.

· Technical Aptitude: Comfort with digital platforms and willingness to learn new software/tools quickly.

· Languages: Fluent in English
